the fastest growing company in the commercial glazing sector has an opportunity
for a Sales Account Manager to join the busy Commercial Sales team.
Outline of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Maintain and develop existing and identify new customers through appropriate
propositions, ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison. Optimise
quality of service business growth and customer satisfaction. Having receiving
confirmed interest from the customer, make an offer to secure the business.
Present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company
functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development. Manage
accounts to ensure that customer’s expectations are exceeded and all
areas of the account are reviewed on a regular basis.
Necessary Skills and Experience
The successful candidate must have relevant experience of working within a
vibrant Sales department. Educated to A level or equivalent in Maths and
English, you will be IT literate, competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
be multi-skilled in all administrative functions. You must be outgoing a
confident communicator and possess a professional polite manner. You will
also have a proven ability to collate, analyse and prioritise work effectively
and efficiently and must have the ability to work in a pressurised environment
and be able to work to tight deadlines.

Outline
of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Based in the Sales Coordination
Department, you will predominantly make and receive sales calls in accordance
with task procedures. You will
follow up on sales leads and develop and maintain effective working relationships
with new and existing clients. You will be required to provide accurate
reports on all aspects of sales activity, working to tight deadlines.
You will liaise with other departments
to find the best solutions to resolve customer and client issues and
escalations.
Necessary Skills and Experience
The successful candidate must have exceptional communication skills and
experience of working within a vibrant Sales department. Educated to
GCSE, or equivalent in Maths and English, you will be IT literate, competent

opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the busy Finance
Team.
Outline of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Based in the Accounts department, you will be responsible for maintaining the
day to day running of the purchase ledger, ensuring all purchase ledger entries
are processed efficiently and accurately. You will also be required to work
with Navision matching delivery notes and orders to invoices. The most challenging
part of this role will be to ensure accuracy at all times regardless of fluctuations
in the volume of work. You will also work with the broader Finance team to
ensure Month End Accounts are delivered in a timely manner.
Necessary Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will preferably have relevant experience of working
in a accounts environment. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English
and Maths, you will be IT literate, competent in Word and Excel, Previous
experience of Navision would be an advantage. The vacancy would suit a self-motivated
individual, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

for an Administrator to join the busy Commercial team.
Outline of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
You will assist with the routine processing of documentation, keep accurate
and timely records and complete other administrative duties specifically
within the commercial department to ensure key account processes are achieved
and sustained in line with service delivery to the commercial customers.
You will obtain and process engineers reports and other documents, including
scanning and indexing all commercial paperwork on our INVU document managing
database. Using our customer web based systems, monitor and manage the progression
of jobs through their lifecycle to ensure correct adherence to procedures are
met.
Provide support to the coordination staff in times of increased workload and
high call volumes.
Necessary Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in a similar
position within a busy customer focused service delivery environment. Educated
to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths, you will be IT literate,
competent in Word and Excel, and multi-skilled in all administrative functions.
With proven analytical qualities, you should be a confident communicator,
have a polite and friendly telephone manner and thrive in a busy office environment.

for a Team Leader to join the busy Sales team.
Outline of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
You will manage a specific team of sales coordinators through all aspects of
Customer query in order to proactively meet our Clients SLA’s, whilst
managing the state of orders to assist the business meet it’s Service
Levels.
You will also liaise with the other departmental Managers to gain a full understanding
of the operational requirements, implementing agreed actions to improve and
achieve.
Complete performance audits on quality of work and performance within the Sales
Department, identifying training and coaching needs.
You will constantly strive to improve working procedures, and standards within
the company, working closely with credit control and the sales team to monitor
work in progress
